Normally a service used in hospitals and medical practices, our bio-cleaning and deep cleaning services have become more regularly used by a broader range of clients given the current health crisis, and have become widely sought by businesses looking to protect both clients and their own workforce. Any area or space that is frequently accessed by large numbers, groups and/or the general public can be made safer by implementing increased cleaning frequency and standards. Regular cleaning services are not enough!

There are a few bio-cleaning options that can be conducted independently or combined together, depending on whether we are trying to prevent or manage an outbreak.

Touchpoint cleaning: this simple process is more about prevention and is where we disinfect any regularly used and touched surfaces with Hospital Grade disinfectant.
Fogging or misting: again using Hospital Grade disinfectant we spray surfaces with a solution that settles and remains on the surface, and doesn’t require wiping or scrubbing. This disinfectant spray and is suitable for larger or hard to reach areas.
Full deep clean: we literally wipe down ALL surfaces – typically done following an outbreak or where a known case has been found. This can be done instead of or accompanying the fogging or misting service mentioned above.

At Cloverdale we use Hospital Grade disinfectant that also contains live bacteria that continues to neutralise viruses for some hours after initial application. Many other standard disinfectants will neutralise the virus on initial contact, but the area can be re-contaminated minutes after the application.

We all know COVID_19 is highly contagious and potentially life-threatening. Transmission of COVID_19 happens via respiratory droplets – usually from a cough or sneeze of an infected person. Evidence also indicates that the bacteria may be able to remain active for many hours or even days on both hard and soft surfaces.

The best way to protect yourself and your business from contracting and/or spreading COVID_19 is twofold: 1. personal hygiene (washing your hands and sneezing coughing into your elbow or a tissue) and 2. a deep office or workplace bio-clean!
