Commercial construction projects have additional compliance considerations due to coordination with other trades, adherence to OH&S policies, safe work methods and the need for staff to hold white cards to get on site.
We aim to work with our clients to put large crews on site as late in the project as possible. This is to ensure that other trades have left and that the building is genuinely being prepared for handover.
