Based in Bell Park, Geelong, the Cloverdale team operates in all major cities and states, from remote Indigenous communities in Australia’s north to multi-level corporate offices in Melbourne’s CBD. We have established a strong client base and reputation servicing sensitive government buildings with high security clearance thresholds.
Cloverdale Group has significant and long term experience in managing large multi-site Government cleaning contracts and have developed experience over a long and sustained period that makes us a reliable business partner on complex servicing arrangements.
Our diverse operations means that we have developed significant experience delivering services in complex and high traffic environments. We clean everything from Airports, Police Stations, Government Departments and Retail Branch Offices through to Forensic Laboratories.
Our national experience and scale have enabled us to operate as a professional and properly resourced operation. The scale that has been developed means that we are able to support our Operational staff with our Corporate Service Team, who are a group of professional staff providing skilled advice and support in such areas as Payroll, Human Resources, Logistics, IT, Accounting and Operational Planning.

Our team is built around direct employees- a lot of cleaning companies hide behind using subcontractors. This means several important things to our company and or clients:
- Our team gets paid properly and is motivated- There are many instances in the cleaning industry where even apparently reputable companies use dodgy subcontracting to avoid paying staff at the award rate.
- Our operating model has deliberately low staff to supervisor ratios- We are focused on our management being involved, working with our cleaners on the ground, and endeavouring to fix issues before they become problems.
Indigenous Engagement
Our vision for reconciliation is to create an organisation that is aware of and integrates knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures. Cloverdale has completed a RAP in partnership with the Wathaurong Community, with our team now having a strengthening understanding of Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander issues.
Local Impact
Whilst Cloverdale is a national cleaner, our business is distinctly local at its core- our teams cleaning buildings and Supervisors doing the quality control are all locals.
We partner in these local communities with a variety of job support providers, and are actively working with them to provide opportunities to local, disadvantaged and special needs workers where possible.
